Christian Education

Sunday School classes are held each Sunday at 9:30 am.  Jim Christenson and Curran Cotton are the leaders for the Middle school & High school youth class.   Elizabeth Pierschbacher is the teacher for the elementary children's class.

Christian Education is currently looking at changing our name.  We want to include body, mind and spirit and not just the education part.  We are also going forward with a youth focus.  We want our congregation to get to know our youth.  We are doing a short excerpt in the "Open Door" for each high school Sunday School member.  After the first of the year, we are looking at a "Let's Talk Series."  An example of the series is immigration, the economic impact Wal-Mart has on society, women's rights, etc.  These series will be open to the public for discussion time and will also have guest speakers.  We are always open to new ideas, so if you have some please share!
